All Jewellery is beautifully packaged in a Jane Davis presentation box and carefully hand wrapped before being packed securely in a padded envelope or boxed for larger bulk orders
If your purchase is for a gift please specify at time of ordering and a gift card can be included with your personal message.

Shipping

Please allow 14 days for delivery. Urgent orders can sometimes be prioritised. Please call 07949 964176 or e-mail sales@janedavis.co.uk to check delivery times before you place your order.
An e-mail will be sent to let you know your order has been processed and despatched. All orders must be signed for at the point of delivery.
If there is likely to be a delay with your order, we will notify you by email or phone at the earliest opportunity to give you the choice of ordering an alternative item in stock, or refunding your purchase.

Postage Costs

UK orders - will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and will be charged at £5 plus £1 per additional item thereafter. Because of limitations with PayPal's ordering system you will be charged £5 postage per item, but for those who order more than one item we will refund the difference as soon as your payment is received.

Returns

In the unlikely event of you not being completely happy with your order, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, less deductions for postage and packaging.
